Permissioned operating workspace
Terms of use
These terms govern access to the Seymore Connected Capital Workspace, including the internal dashboard, investor mandate portal and investee evidence portal.

You may use the workspace only through an account and role authorised for you. You must use the exact email invited by Seymore Consulting and may not attempt to view, copy or alter another organisation's records.
2. Your information and documents
You are responsible for ensuring that information and documents you provide are lawful, accurate, current and authorised for sharing. Do not upload malicious files or information you are not entitled to disclose.
3. Evidence and enrichment
Document detection, OCR, extraction, public research and matching results are decision-support tools. A file being found does not prove that it is complete, authentic, current or legally sufficient. Users must confirm or reject proposed facts and perform appropriate human review.
4. No funding, insurance or investment guarantee
The workspace does not guarantee funding, insurance cover, investor interest, a transaction, valuation or financial outcome. A readiness label, route suggestion or match result is not approval, an offer, legal clearance, investment advice, financial advice or a recommendation to transact.
5. Marketplace permissions
Investor discovery is permissioned. A match score does not grant access. Mandates remain paused until Seymore verifies their source and criteria, and investee opportunities remain unavailable externally until the applicable evidence and permission gates are satisfied.
6. Google services
Google sign-in, Drive, Sheets, Gmail and Calendar features are also subject to Google's terms and the permissions approved by the connected account. You may revoke Google access through your Google Account, although doing so may disable connected features.
7. Security
You must protect your account and browser session, report suspected unauthorised access promptly and avoid sharing credentials or confidential links. Seymore Consulting may suspend access where necessary to protect users, data or the service.
8. Availability and changes
The workspace may change as features, legal requirements and service providers evolve. Reasonable efforts are made to keep it available and accurate, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
